Imbuing the spirit of ecological conservation, BHOOMIVANDANA held at HSSF-2016 Bengaluru on Day-4

Bengaluru December 17, 2016: Imbuing the spirit of ecological conservation and sustaining environment, a unique event BHOOMI VANDANA held on the fourth day of Hindu Spiritual and Service Fair-2016 at National College Grounds, Basavanagudi, Bengaluru.

Nearly 4000 Farmers which includes nearly 1000 Farmer couples, attended the Bhoomi Vandana event.

Veteran RSS functionary and Akhil Bharatiya Samyojak of Kutum Prabodhan Kajampady Subramanya Bhat, Noted Organic Farming expert Dr AS Anand, Eminent environmentalist Dr AN Yellappa Reddy, Rtd IFS Officer Sadashivayya addressed the gathering.

RS Akhil Bhartiya Sah seva Pramukh and Akhil Bharatiya Samyojak of Hindu Spiritual and Service Fair Gunavanth Sing Kothari, Senior RSS functionaries Chandrashekar Bhandari, KS Nagaraj, Sridhar Sagar, Kshetreeya Pracharak Shyam Kumar and other prominent functionaries attended the event.

4th day of HSSF-2016 was visited by over 60,000 visitors on Saturday. School-College students, Farmers, IT Professionals, other citizens visited the Fair. Nearly 250 stalls in the fair showcases the service activities of various religious organisations of Karnataka. A special event ‘Halkathon’ was held in which a special educative session for citizens on CshlessFinancial transactions was taught.

In morning hours, a special Yoga performance was given by Yogashree, a yoga institute of Girinagar, Bengaluru.
